Meet your instructor

I’M HANNAH, AND I CAN’T WAIT TO SHARE MY STRETCHING AND FLEXIBILITY ROUTINES AND TECHNIQUES WITH YOU.
Introducing Hannah Martin, your instructor for this 4-week flexibility stretching course. As an accomplished artist with the Birmingham Royal Ballet, Hannah is passionate about helping others reach their full potential.

With a background in rhythmic gymnastics, she represented Team England as the youngest official member at the Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia, and earned 22 national titles. You may also recognize her from BBC’s The Greatest Dancer. In 2021, she was awarded the Bronze Medal at the prestigious Fonteyn international ballet competition.

Hannah’s extensive experience and dedication make her an inspiring teacher, ready to support you on your journey to improved flexibility.

My philosophy has always been to dream big and make it happen. Anything is possible through hard work and determination, and I believe that you can reach your flexibility goals.

Welcome to my 4-Week Full Body Flexibility Course! 
This easy-to-follow program is designed for individuals of all ages and fitness levels who are looking to improve their overall flexibility, mobility and mindset.
  WEEK 1   In this first week, we're laying the foundation for a journey toward greater flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness. Flexibility is not just about touching your toes or doing the splits—it's about improving your range of motion, reducing the risk of injury, and enhancing your overall physical performance. Whether you're looking to improve your posture, relieve muscle tension, or simply feel more comfortable in your body, this course is designed to guide you step by step.
  WEEK 2  After establishing a strong foundation in Week One, we’re ready to build on that progress and dive deeper into our flexibility journey. This week, we'll focus on expanding the range of motion you've started to develop, with a particular emphasis on refining technique and enhancing the mind-body connection.
  WEEK 3  You’ve already made significant progress over the past two weeks, and now it’s time to take your flexibility to the next level. This week, we’ll be focusing on deepening your stretches, improving your joint mobility, and enhancing your overall body awareness.
  WEEK 4  You’ve been steadily building your flexibility, strength, and body awareness over the past three weeks, and now we’re entering the final phase of this journey. This week, our focus will be on consolidating everything you’ve learned, refining your technique, and pushing your flexibility to its fullest potential.
