Whether you're looking to improve your posture, relieve muscle tension, or simply feel more comfortable in your body, this course is designed to guide you step by step.
WEEK 2 After establishing a strong foundation in Week One, we’re ready to build on that progress and dive deeper into our flexibility journey. This week, we'll focus on expanding the range of motion you've started to develop, with a particular emphasis on refining technique and enhancing the mind-body connection.
WEEK 3 You’ve already made significant progress over the past two weeks, and now it’s time to take your flexibility to the next level. This week, we’ll be focusing on deepening your stretches, improving your joint mobility, and enhancing your overall body awareness.
WEEK 4 You’ve been steadily building your flexibility, strength, and body awareness over the past three weeks, and now we’re entering the final phase of this journey. This week, our focus will be on consolidating everything you’ve learned, refining your technique, and pushing your flexibility to its fullest potential.
